- I liked this part of the 05/25/21 bridge/convertible note financing PR as it is one of the reasons why I continue to hold HMBL shares. Brian and his team's drive to build HMBL step by step and their long-term vision to build a lasting global brand is what will prove to add value to our shareholdings. I think that the value and recognition of the global brand will be key for sustained pps valuations.
- Although I am not fond of convertible notes, the conversion terms do not seem to be that toxic based on the information provided. The conversion rate of $1.00 per share to me indicates the creditors' belief in HMBL's future pps.
