The selling (used the wrong word before “dilution”) isn’t from the preferred shares it’s from the DTC shares imo, the preferred are a separate worse issue imo, I don’t think the DTC were being traded until this week which allowed the stock to act thin to .08, now that the new CEO is in those shares are being slowly sold by old management or someone else when the stock gets momentum imo (not by the new CEO imo)

These posters can say all they want but this stock is sideways for days after this news it’s not probable for that to have occurred imo.

I’ll apologize fully to the board when this stock is not sideways again. Keep it sideways or down forever on this type of news and more people will question what’s going on with this stock.
