You said dilution ? How do u think that happened ? Tell me your thoughts. If you look at the financials there’s no notes if you look at the financial there’s no debt. Oh you mean maybe they took the 500,000 preferred A and converted them to common and sold them to another person them sold them to someone else and now they are selling them in the open market ?
