September 28th What are the Key Dates for the Implementation of Rule 15c2-11?

Companies will need to provide the required disclosure to OTC Markets by June 30th. This will ensure that our Issuer Compliance Team has sufficient time to review and update market status for a company’s securities prior to the rule’s compliance date on September 28th. E-Trade informed clients that they will not trade these securities after this date 9-28

I have been able to sell Caveat Emptor thru E-Trade. I have only had 1 stock and I just put a Limit sell in Good for 60 days (no AON) to get what I could out of it. Poof after about a month they were gone?
