This filing is very impressive. Alice must feel very confident about her "source" and the information they are providing, but will a court accept information from a "source?" If she is successful and this moves forward, would the identity of the source need to be revealed?

I noticed a couple of times, she uses the word "probably" to explain some of her allegations. Will this weaken her argument since it shows she's not certain? Wouldn't she need to be positive about what she's claiming?

According to the source, there may be a distribution on or around 6/30 of approx. 2.5x par and Mr. Cooper stock from MBS? Is the issue here that we don't know how much Mr Cooper may have received from MBS (worth and contact information?) which may result in Ps receiving a fraction of what they may be entitled to?

I may be way off on my interpretation. Sorry for the questions if this has already been addressed.
