I was giving a view that has bugged me since it happened. The issue isnt everyone selling this week and killing the stock. It was more the time frame leading up to now that we were unable to trade, and the potential loss I know I suffered by not being able to do that. I planned to be out of this during the run up to trial, as previous IP cases have shown that to be an effective strategy. Our arena is the market, not the courtroom. We are "masters of our domain" there, and as you say, we could have done what we wanted and not had to be concerned with the machinations of Billy, Deirdre and the 13. I suspect we are going to get a low ball take it or leave it offer, well below what the market is for our shares. I am going to be a PITA about this topic, as above, it bugs the hell out of me. I hope it get addressed somewhere in all this.
