I discern the EXACT same thing!
He's pushing FAST to bring everything up to date, OTC Pink Current, Re-activating Patents that have been dormant for years so that those can be positioned to go into a clinical trials pipeline post buy-out, has at least two active Patents in the clinical trials pipline now with Oncology Pharma, etc, made sure he filed for voting control over the Company to prevent a hostile take over during the bidding process, etc...
This guy's no fool! He's extremely smart and business savvy although he may not seem like it to many, but don't let that fool anyone!
IMO, ALL of this points to him already having a Big Pharma BUY OUT deal in the making, and to solidify this, in addition to all the above, he MUST COME FULL DISCLOSURE REPORTING PINK CURRENT FOR WHICH HE HIRED A PROFESSIONAL FIRM TO ACCOMPLISH THIS!!
All of this begs the big question...WHY NOW??? What's the BIG RUSH after all these years???..and very clearly he AIN'T THINKING ABOUT THE WEBSITE because soon a Big Pharma will acquire the Company so why bother updating it??
He's got a MAJOR BIG PHARMA BUY OUT DEAL PENDING THAT'S WAY! And besides at his old age he's probably had enough and just wants OUT so he can spend his fortunes in leisure for the remainder of his life. If I were him, I know I would!

All of this will become more transparent in the weeks to come, especially when he accomplishes Pink Current which in and of itself will cause the PPS to rise for reason it will then meet the criteria for trading on various stock brokerage platforms that will attract a new hoard of investors!
