Thank you and kudos. There is simply too much on the line to trust someone who set up an alternate shell company, UOI!P (or whatever) to attempt an apparent end-run of shareholders in UOIP. Carter setting up that shell is all anyone needs to know.

I'm a small shareholder, 367,000 shares, but will gladly help out.
