If it isn't confirmed by a PR or official correspondence from the company always assume it's an opinion, and even then you can't trust the company to keep it's word 100% of the time, this is OTC afterall.

No news today at 5 AM CT tells me licensing deal is taking more time than expected to finalize, so when that drops is anybody's guess. Could be days, or even weeks, who knows. Price is holding well so far but come Tuesday hopefully we hear something from the company, even if it's just to clarify the delay.

If we don't hear anything by Tuesday... look out below. That's probably why the wishful thinking for Tuesday news.
