Potentially,if I'm not mistaken I believe their intent was to use shares to acquire future acquisitions and grow the company,utilizing share deals and yes cash from sold shares. I think we all agree the method chosen doesn't seem to meet out the desired expectations...,hence either a mistake or something behind the scenes that makes it all make sense.
