Why issue 8ks on going current, hiring a top accounting firm that specializes in Reverse Mergers and Acquisitions, reactivating patents, and license deals?

Lying on an 8K is a serious crime.

Dilution is pretty much done. Only a tiny 8M added to unrestricted since May 11th.

All this needs is a catalyst and filings will bring volume back. What happens after that is anyone's guess. Once Pink, more deals or big news could come out. I'm thinking FDA IND for mRNA cancer vaccine, if not a buyout by BP.
