Well, I'll be the first to chime-in. For some, the thinking's probably along the lines of, "you can either make me or break me!" lol I'm sure others are storing up the potential tax-loss, for just the "right" occasion. Still, it is quite puzzling, however, why there hasn't been a marked increase in declining activity, in an attempt to salvage some $$$. BIDS have been sizeable enough, to at least allow for fractionally investment recovery...but few to no takers?? I imagine the public float to be around 800M or so, which can derived from OTCmarkets.

...and on the other hand, who keeps BID'ing for shares, knowing full-well, Wialan is very difficult to flip - illiquid??
