Your question rather statement regarding voting rights and preferreds was addressed, perhaps a political career ahead for ya.Personally id rather they'd issued preferreds for future deals and straight stock for any compensation towards the company.

One thing that
CAN NOT BE ARGUED IS THAT THE FLOAT WE'RE TRADING HAS NOT CHANGED AT ALL AND WON'T FOR OVER A YEAR , to what degree it does simply can't be known at this time,but right now those who are buying shares as myself will in fact see a return for it,a year is a long time and many things can change.

And if the doom and gloom you promote does indeed come to fruition then sure my trade doesn't work out but it would also spell out the destruction of the company and all they're working towards ...,MY opinion is that's not going to happen....,glty
