No question that someone needs to get in contact with him. IMO, he should make a definitive statement to the shareholders of UOIP concerning the plans going forward with the company. It doesnt have to be now, as many details are being negotiated. But I think a simple letter to the shareholders, as any company in this situation would do, is appropriate. A few of us should try to get through to him to discuss that before any legal actions.
