I have not seen an date attached to the actual certification process, but the date of June 12 is when the law requiring the use of ELD's goes into effect. Then they added, there will be no fines for the first year. (Some call it, soft enforcement. Written warnings & letters mailed.)

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
