Now we know that the whales were in fact sitting on the sidelines last week when we saw the good news of the creditors approving plan yet price went opposite way. It was cos this thing was not a "sure thing" as some people were saying and that "the price won't move up on the 28th" when it was in fact a major event.

This makes me confident if the rehab plan gets official signed, those same whales will jump in and spike.
