Just to make it short anyone who has any background in both medicine and health policies. knows that biosectinvestor, ATLnsider and MI Dendream are most likely correct. I don't have any bias toward NWBO nor it's management but I believe in the science behind it which is supported by extensive publication regarding the the role of immune system in cancer biology which generally considered emerging area in treatment of cancer. However, the company made a good contribution to this area as anyone can check their publication from their website.

So many people in this board thinks they know what makes the FDA approve or reject this therapy. although, many of them don't know even the basic regulations regarding orphan diseases therapy nor the FDA requirement in orphan drugs.

In conclusion, I think DCVax-L will be approved. Based on the preliminary data I believe it will show sufficient efficacy eventually will receive the regulators approval.
