BTW: Contrary to some comments made here, I've been assured that the XERI/XERI EUROPE JV does, in fact, establish a legally-binding revenue-sharing relationship involving a number of revolutionary green technologies with significant profit potential. The 10-Q references the JV but does not provide specifics on the breakdown of the revenue-sharing, but I would expect the split to be fairly equitable, as most JV's (at least in my experience) tend to be 50/50 affairs and, (as stated previously), XERI paid for the critical international IP protection.
