Actually they won’t because they have to know they need a market to dilute into. It’ll crush this into .0001 if they sell in one year. They won’t get $2billion... not even close.

Whoever closed this deal is a supreme idiot. They could have sold preferred shares and negotiated the conversion ratio later.

They fooked this up badly. Hence the PPS sucks now.

The reverse merger podcast is now a joke.
