Correct. Just want to prevent the expectation from some that the 2020 10-K is somehow going to have revenues from the Lux Fund, ADE information, etc.
It won't have that and nobody should be expecting it.

The K filing is a formality at this point, en route to current status, and it is a big check off on the list, but the contents of the K won't be much different from the 2019 K, and that is just fine, as the real gold and diamonds are going to be in the 2021 filings.

The filing is critical. The contents are not.
