The only peeps who can buy are the insiders who are stealing shares from those who are too impatient to wait to see the filings made to become Pink Current, attorney letter is already filed here so while TDA has restricted CE buys it's all a scam to steal shares from the weak hands...TDA should be sued for market manipulation.
The trade price is meaningless until all market participants can buy again, this is the dark period I spoke of, it's of no concern to me.
