Some good arguments to be said regarding points of view as it pertains to the current lawsuit from both sides of the fence. While I am a shareholder and have a bias towards favoring position A. I appreciate the concerns of others that see this as weakness.

I see the PR as strength regardless of the context, to me (as I told my best friend also holding but much more shares) the response is what was needed.

After all this is a speculation, once again I am confident because I trust the management oh and Mr. Layton and Co.

I own shares of LLKKF and follow their news. Personally I think IBAT is closer than LLKKF but LLKKF broadcasts more news (personal favorite aspect of mine as it relates to IBAT not pumping as it's not required because they're objective about their goals.

With the new hiring it appears the PR is now on the team and as it stands right now he did his job motivating a statement to be made. God bless.
