Well I specifically trust Susan to constantly evaluate the locations and continue to make improvements. She made vast
Improvements to Tempe over time and continues to do so today. That’s the nature of good staff, never satisfied with status quo and continuously improve. Tempe is crushing it and she is still improving. I never look at Google reviews myself, so I don’t get concerned there. Tucson is doing just fine and will continue to grow over time, no different than Tempe or Midtown. We did open up still during pandemic you know and near finals so still going to have a some level impact, as families that cover the summer are slower to come out. I wouldn’t place a focus on the sheer number of reviews, as I know Business will continue to grow over time lead by Susan and team. But the statement of ‘either its dead or something wrong with Google reviews’ is simply outright false. Life is rarely binary. Whenever I see a statement of ‘it’s not X, so it must be Y’ it is usually in the form of a criticism and it’s always false. It’s in between, It’s a growing business, like most business starting out in a new spot.

Feel free to go there and write a review if so concerned. I’m looking forward for the next location and not concerned with any single one as the team will improve any single one over time.
