Good to Know Hobby...

Yeah, that note on the convertible only being 32% of the company, leaves another 68% in the proverbial Ether..That part is a mystery too,..as of now it's only 9M O/S, and that's to our benefit. But at 420M O/S with a $1 price it's a $420M valuation..So we have to see how things will play out.

I asked about the convertible preferred shares and were told they would eventually convert but it would be some time before that happened.
