No Problem Waiting on APLD.

There's lots that has to get done. Getting current is one of the first I hope. I'm still going to be cautious on the price as when they do register those shares the market cap here will be substantially higher.

From latest PR, "The company has closed on a $16.5 million equity investment lead by institutional and accredited investors. The company sold 660,000 shares of convertible preferred stock that convert into 132,000,000 shares of common stock upon registration. This represents approximately 31.2% ownership of The Company. The Company expects to use the proceeds from the offering to procure GPU mining hardware and for general corporate purposes"

So if 132M Shares = 31.2%,
423M would be total O/S at the point this transaction fully registers, of the 68.8% remaining, the current share structure only has 9M O/S, or 2% of the whole when this completes. Certainly think things will take time, so no issues waiting. Volume is drying up!!

As for MJWL, seems the upside is certainly there, you have a $35M shell, with 1.1B O/S, & 850M Shares Unrestricted that is being reverse merged into a $150M annual revenue bearing established company in the crypto space. If they can get 3x P/S, that's a $450m MCap

I didnt but it seems to move fast even with 1b os when we get news we should fly with our share structure
