Yeah I would hope he has an internal come to Jesus moment as well, but seeing the actions that have been taken I highly doubt it will come. Second of all we should always plan for the worst and only hope for the best. Words are just that - words. Especially when he is facing shareholders attending the trial and would definitely avoid any confrontation. I could never see him saying - "Yeah about that, you guys are last in line and are likely to come out of this without a dime even if the trial leads to substantial damages."
Clearly he thinks he is not obligated to protect his shareholder's interests.
That post was not addressed directly at you BTW so I hope it was not taken as so - just seems like a lot of people are being comforted by the very brief conversation he had with little to no content in it and putting some weight on the words of a man who seemingly deserves zero trust.
