How you reconcile that with their prior clear announcement of data lock, I have no idea.

well its simple if they said this "This Phase III trial is now completed and locked down, with announcement of top line data expected in the coming months." on March 16 and repeated as such before that then and at the ASM then that means that unlocking the database would prompt a mandatory PR stating the opposite.

Not to mention that if they were still collecting data and inserting it into the database aka unlocked database then they would have been LYING through their TEETH ON RECORD all the time which would be a very serious matter for the SEC and DOJ.

So are you now saying you think they have unlocked the database or never actually locked the database and lied about it all this time?

There is no other way of getting forgotten data into the database without unlocking it.
