I don't understand why anyone would read into his brief conversation with ZW as if it means anything positive for us. What was the guy supposed to say to a disgruntled shareholder that he knows will come back to this board to post the content of their conversation. Clearly he is going to be cordial to avoid any confrontation or hope that no legal action is taken.

As stated many times before, his actions have spoken for his intentions - doesn't matter what he says at a dinner or in the courtroom itself, his cards are laid out on the table so why is anyone willing to buy into his words at this point?

We need to get some value from this trial and then go from there. We are on our own as shareholders here, Billy is not looking out for us and neither is Deidre.
