Just face it, everyone likely knew the trial failed its original endpoints many years ago. So, Powers moves to the OTC where transparency and accountability are at a minimum. She chooses not to properly brief her retail shareholders and finds new warrant holders willing to play on the idea that one day she can get the endpoints changed and spark new life into penny stock. That's how I see it.
