I see that TOVC are in fact up today, although the chart is still not encouraging, so I am still watching.

Seeing that you mentioned Torotrak, there is of course no way one can compare the actual share prices of the two companies, but as point of comparison I see from Yahoo Finance that TOVC have a market capitalistion of 123m dollars. Torotrak are also up today and at today's closing mid price of 51.5 pence (26 cents), that translates into a market capitalisation of 61.9m GBP (122m dollars). Spooky :)
