Hi Lhasa...

I think you have already seen the bottom on TOVC...given the amount of turnover in the float this last several months, there appears to be a nice support level here. I dont know the exact currency translation but it looks like Tortrak has been trading around 23 cents per share in US currency....if your waiting for Torvec to hit 23 cents US it is not going to occur....you may want to put that call in to Selftrade...
