Illegal Acts are standard exclusions in insurance contracts. Meanwhile, they stated long ago POTN has no D&O insurance. Class Action suits only benefit lawyers, while the shareholders are left holding the bag. The only thing that could possibly save us is the judge appointing some one legit to run the company, and I will not not be holding my breath on that one. Isn’t Blum the only one not indicted though?
