If the audited financials were not real I would guess their insurance is open to lawsuits
If the multi million loans for shares and the money given to a company that is public yet very private was a scam it will be interesting to see where what the government does
Also most of the actors are millionaires so they are worth going after
Let the government develop the case the hopefully a law firm sees enough for a class action and goes after money and shares
