Yup that pretty much sums it up as far as I know. A SCOTUS bump is expected but the details still TBD based on what they say. If we are lucky a settlement this year. If we are not we are looking at another 12 months minimum IMO. Lots of moving pieces but the big piece to get it all rolling is SCOTUS.
