I don't think a lot of people realize what a victory it was for us just to get the case heard. Every year thousands of these cases are sent and most are denied. Like the below article says - its easier to get into Harvard. So the judges know that the Government done bad. Just how bad is TBD by the end of June.
They are aware of everything that you and I know (the latest discovery docs, etc.) and more.

That being said, when the opinion comes down, we still have a long way to go - these people are in the Constitution business - not the remedy business. That's still coming. So if we get a clear victory and the stock price does not rocket to glory - its simply because it ain't over 'till its over. But if you hold stock in the GSEs - I certainly wouldn't leave the ball game as this point - as I think we are at the 7th inning stretch - and your patience is about to be rewarded big time (not stock advice - just my take on the situation).
