Why would ONPH give them 50K shares for nothing? Your logic is fine for OTC in general, but not in this case.

2 licensing deals, 50K ONPH shares, reactivating patents, and hiring a top accounting firm and you believe they are just going to walk away on the brisk of a major new technology against cancer? They would be walking away from potentially billions of dollars.
