It's a Done Deal. The Merger Is PRE-Approved per filed Reg. Statement of Shareholders Mtg 5/24th 8:30am EST. It states: pre-IPO Shareholders ("Insiders") own 76% of Outstanding Shares, and they've Already Approved the Merger (& All Proposals).
So, the Mtg. is just a formality.
