Ok let me try this again...


If company xyz gets a delisting notice on January 2 and is actually delisted on April 3 then 90 days passed (barring a leap year). So, How many days passed between when they were notified by NASDAQ and when they actually delisted tmot & umcc.
Again this is instructional. Thanks for adding the "why" they got delisted, but my question concerns the length of time involved between notice and delisting. Was it 90 days? 210 days? or something in between? More importantly, was it different each time?
From what I've read in the filings I'd daresay it is nearly a sure thing that ASTN would be delisted given the current circumstances. I'm just wondering how long it really takes for the Naz to do it's thing. Then we might have a good idea of the when.
