To be honest, I don't see CGEI holding value unless they take over sole responsibility of building just windmills, not 5g capable ones. Even then, their windmills will have to be more capable than the competition and who knows if they will be? The other way I could see them maintaining profitability is by building the towers for Aradatum before they slap on the 5g components, or maybe they'd get a kickback for each tower?
