They have up to 6b OS after offering AT PREMIUM TO MARKET .01-.25c per share they WILL still be below maximum OS. The company stated they would not increase OS Or do a RS they are forthright. To think I picked up another 1m today below the deal being struck to investors. In fact I was just told one overseas investor is taking 100m of the 800m being offered he or his group is said to be paying .125 that’s 1000% higher than today’s closing.
