Hey b$$M, the action is for a president. Gert wasn't the company president there.
Helps they have a functioning president, but nothing says Gert is CEO no longer.

I reached out to Renee (SEC and DD boards) with his experience for his thought.
Maybe SEC will give VIBI more time to file? Maybe the Pres will work on the fins?

Note: OTCM now has VIBI as grey skull and crossbones and grey market status.
Interesting stuff to watch over the next week or so. Wonder how it will all play out.
