you are correct and the opportunity is large enough that it doesn't really matter if it's 1:1 or 1:3. at any ratio, the share price jumps significantly from here.

Re: TaaS, I'm skeptical because it's going to the Army through a subcontractor. If they were selling to a mature product directly then maybe. But again, it doesn't matter re: share price and we can't really do any dd on it to find out.

and you're right re: the military opportunity. We don't know. But what we do know is that in mid-2018, V300 simulators were used by Army researchers. We also know that on q3 2018 call, Bob said

We’re also involved with changes occurring in the military simulation market. Recently, the U.S. army and the U.S. marines announced their acute focus on futuristic simulation training. VirTra products are very much in line with potential military requirements. In some cases, we will need to modify our current products in order to work on new advanced technology platforms, such AR or Augmented Reality or Mixed Reality. But these modifications are easily made given the way we design our products originally. We actually anticipated growing demand in the space and the need for flexible products. So we precisely built our technology to be modular. We are extremely excited by this news and we think VirTra offers products that are industry leading, well tested and simply a perfect fit for portions of the growing military appetite for effective simulation training.

A few weeks after the above comment, MSFT won the US Army contract to develop the product. Ever since, Bob has talked about military opportunity. As it's getting ready to roll out in the next 6 months, he's talked about demand is "fever pitch." He breifly mentioned that the military opportunity is expanding in the cc directly following the March announcement of MSFT's $22B contract extension.

What we don't know is if they've won anything. And that's because I don't think the hardware/simulation software has been tested yet. There's going to be a final STP sometime this year before rollout and i'm hoping to see simulation software and hardware being used then. Until then, best we could do as investors is search OTA awards and see what contracts could contain VirTra as a subcontractor. The type of work related to simulations in IVAS is called STE.
