They use him as an excuse. Just like they use conference placeholders as an excuse and now a quiet period. Point is, they are not accurate in providing accurate timelines regarding future publications/TLD. Therefore one must simply use their other actions to make educated predictions. That’s how it’s always been. It’s just the way they roll.
