"If the rotation that has been going on for 3½ months out of growth and speculative names and into value is starting to reverse, then we should start to see better stock-picking. Most of the growth and small-cap names have been sold as a group without any regard for the individual merits. It didn't matter if they had good fundamentals or a story. If they were in the wrong groups, they were sold."
