Any of us contributing money would need to agree on a completely 'hands off' approach. If we don't entrust the group we've chosen, it won't work. If anyone wants to personally work with a lawyer, then going in with the group might not be the best option... though I think for the good of all of us, it's much better to pool resources.

If we need two representatives, then we should probably choose a third person this time to field all questions/concerns from shareholders to pass on to the reps as they see fit, and then update the group as they see fit if and when any information comes from the people representing us.. Reps are doing a lot for us and should be insulated from some of the other stuff. Not that questions and all aren't important.. Just that we need to make sure not to put all the burden on one person to communicate with everyone... but have a single point of contact for holders, and then a single point where answers to FAQs can be answered and updated for all to see.

I think we'd also need to all go into this knowing that we're on a 'need to know' basis, and that us knowing everything that happens when it happens is not crucial to the effort itself... and in fact may be detrimental since I'm sure there will be people here trying to keep an eye on what we're up to.

The law is on our side, and so is the truth. Tomorrow is the beginning of the end for those who would subvert either.
