Just a reminder for the "it going to the NASDAQ" crowd....the stock can much more easily be shorted on the NASDAQ....and given the need for capital which will be coming to the market at a discount (see financing PR), people might not want to wish what they will get...if they have success uplisting.

Chart tells me this one will hit .43 short term

down 95% from high. Even at .43, a market cap over about 400 MILLIon dollars...is still WAY too expensive.
