I don't pretend to know how much the pending ELD certification effects their next sequence of new clients being added to their stable tele.

I just know that very very few OTC PubCo's ever remotely produce a truly sector disruptive tech platform of any kind that true big board heavyweight companies and govt's themselves want. Which is exactly what MJLB's proprietary ELD foundation consists of right!

And I learned a long time ago that the best plays we can ever stumble into on the OTC, are the ones that prove that they have in fact embarked on a journey of explosive proven growth/value. So the fact that this one's been a patient mans waiting game fight so far is the least of my worries ok. As I wouldn't still be here if I wasn't 100% still expecting MJLB mgmt to release the goodies k glty!
