Mschere-In your opinion,what has caused the delay in further signings of top tier oems? I believe that WM was sincere when he thought IDCC would have more licenses before the end of last year,but obviously the stall continues.So what is the reason the top tier group balks at inking the deals-(a)rates IDCC asking are too high(b)waiting for nok/qcom to set their rate(c)don't believe IDCC really has what they say they have in ipr(d) combination of the above(e)something else that we are not privy to? I do believe that IDCC has essential ipr and that everyone in wireless knows it.The dilemma that we face today is an industry face off that will change the landscape of wireless.Our only option is to litigate and collect for 3g 3-5 years from now or wait patiently for the standoff to to be negotiated and then hope that these companies will license on fair terms.The reason we haven't been able to ink more deals is most probably(b)with (a) and maybe (c) being used as objections, while the stall continues.Would like to see your ideas regarding the above question. tia
