When folks have spoken directly to the auditor, has anyone asked specifically if draft financial statements have been presented to management, prior to finalizing? That would help us understand if it is a matter that the auditors are not complete the 2019 audit or if it is management waiting.

Then, I believe the F/S must be approved by the Board (of 1) before they can be released to the public.

And does anyone have any indication whether the same auditor is doing the 2020 audit, plus the quarterly reviews, and where they are in that process?

May shed some light on where we are in completion of the F/S.
