Does losing corporate status mean "abandonment" to this judge?
Has the company offered any tangible evidence that it has actually continued legetimate operations AS a corporation? This last point will be difficult to maintain since the corporate status was revoked by Nevada.

Their latest actions seem to be like closing the barn door AFTER the horses have escaped.

Truth. What is it? Where is it? Who has it? What does it cost? How much is it worth?
